Cooked Food
For those who wish to move out of feeding commercial cat food, but not quite ready to feed a raw diet.
There are lots of crappy cooked food recipes out there; this forum is not for trouble-shooting said recipes found elsewhere. Reason being the same general guidelines apply as for making raw food (discussed in the "Raw Ground" forum) - cook a whole animal/bird if possible w/ 95-98% muscle meat, organs, and bones. No grains, ever.
Relevant issues to ponder w.r.t. cooking include - cooking methods, nutrient loss, and general adjustments.

Supplements for raw diet
How (and whether) to supplement a home-prepared raw meat-based diet with taurine, vitamins, minerals, etc. This forum is for recipe-related supplement discussion only, not general discussion of supplements e.g. Duralactin. Those should be posted in the "Healing Methods" forum.
